Fund Transfer/Send Money

Once you remit your money to your Netizen Savings Account you can easily transfer funds to the other Local Banks and eWallets (GCash, PayMaya, and Grab Wallet) in the Philippines or to your family member’s bank accounts and eWallet. 

 

You can also transfer funds to other Netizen Accounts for Free. 

Just follow the simple steps below:

  • For fund transfer to own Netizen Accounts, simply tap on “Send Money” then “Between your Accounts”

  • For fund transfer to other Netizen Accounts, simply tap on “Send Money” then “To Netizen Account”

  • For fund transfer to other Local Banks and eWallets, simply tap on “Send Money” then “To Other Banks”
     

I transferred funds but it was not reflected in the account.

  • If it's a fund transfer from a Netizen account to another Netizen account, the transaction should be reflected immediately.

  • If it's a fund transfer using Instapay, the transaction should also be reflected immediately.

  • For Pesonet

    • Transactions performed before 9:00 AM on a business day shall be processed by 2:00 PM within the same business day. 

    • Transactions performed before 3:00 PM on a business day shall be processed by 6:00 PM within the same business day.

    • Transactions performed 3:00 PM onwards or on a non-business day (weekends/holidays) shall be processed within the next business day.

For example, if the fund transfer was made on a Friday after 3:00PM or on a Saturday/Sunday, the transaction will be reflected on the following Monday (earliest by 2:00 PM). We suggest waiting until the end of the day before checking the account. Alternatively, you may also check with the recipient Bank for the status of the funds as posting time may vary from bank to bank. 

 

 

Transfer funds from other Local Banks to your Netizen Savings Account.

If someone wants to transfer money to your Netizen Savings Account or if you want to transfer money from your other local banks;

  • Instapay transfer - choose Netbank in the dropdown list of the banks to send money to your Netizen Savings Account. 

  • Pesonet transfer - choose Community Rural Bank of Romblon or Netbank in the dropdown list of the banks to send money to your Netizen Savings Account.

I type the wrong account number as a recipient for fund transfer. Can I cancel or undo the transfer?

A fund transfer instruction, once submitted after you key in your PIN, cannot be canceled/reversed.

 

Please make sure you input the correct account number before proceeding with keying in of your transaction PIN.

 

But if you enter an invalid account number (Netizen to Netizen) it will not proceed to the transfer.

 

If you enter an invalid account number (InstaPay/PESONet) it depends on the processor - it might be debited first and credited back when the transfer is rejected by the processor.

How much are the fund transfer limits and fees?

  • Instapay - per transaction limit is 50,000 PHP with a 15Php Fee that should reflect immediately

  • Netbank to Netbank - per transaction limit is 500,000 Php with No Fees should reflect immediately

  • Pesonet - per transaction limit is 500,000 Php with a 15Php Fee
